The solution to limit your screen time.

We are surrounded by the technology of smartphones in almost every aspect of our lives and they are proving advantageous. But some people are extremely addicted to cell phones that they check it every 10 minutes. Spending a lot of time on your mobile screen is not good for you. We should all should control our cell phone use.

The first thing that leads us to check our phone shortly is the notifications. We should turn off at least the useless notifications

Keep the most distracting apps off from your home screen and use smart speakers because it can help you live a more screen-free life.

Most people use their smartphones at night. You should try to kick your phone out of bed. Place it out of your reach so you cannot have access to it.

You can also keep yourself on a schedule by setting alarms specifying to check your phone. Start with every 15 minutes, then move to every half hour, every 45 minutes, or every hour.

Try to turn on your phone’s grayscale mode. It is a good way to control the time you spend on your smartphone. This mode will make your screen looks less desirable to look at.

All these strategies can help you to curb your screen time. There are also many apps available that can track your cell phone habits. Install one such app and see check your progress.
