Americans are becoming overweight and it is not a good sign. Obesity is different and more serious than getting overweight. This can lead to many serious health problems

This problem is not just limited to Americans but the whole world is involved with it. Many people are getting this disease globally.

According to an estimate, more than one billion adults are overweight and about 300 million of them are obese. In the United States, 66 percent of all adults are overweight and 32 percent are obese.

We should control this threat and there are many solutions to avoid obesity. given below are some solutions that can help to control yourself from getting obese.

The foremost solution in the diet. We should adopt healthy eating habits. Eat more fruit, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains.

Make a routine of Exercise of at least 30 minutes a day. Try to Cut down your consumption of fatty and eat sugar-free foods and use vegetable-based oils rather.
