Joe Jonas's act of kindness revealed as pop star donates $15,000 to friend after 'near-death' experience

Cool Story - Joe Jonas's act of kindness revealed as pop star donates $15,000 to friend after 'near-death' experience

According to reports, Joe Jonas gave $15,000 to a GoFundMe after learning that his friend Johnnie Spong had a brain tumor.

Hairstylist Johnnie said he was "absolutely overwhelmed" by the help he had gotten, including contributions from James Bond actor Daniel Craig and Canadian musician Bryan Adams.

In June 2023, Johnnie felt a "pulsating banging in my head," which was subsequently determined to be a ruptured pituitary tumor that needed to be surgically removed. "The seriousness was that it was either live or die. And I'm sitting here contemplating my options. He described the moment he decided to take a chance to publish Mr Feelgood. "I'm looking at my wife and my son, and I can hear them," he said.

The stylist must now wait until an additional MRI at the end of September, which will determine whether the surgery "managed to remove all the mass."

On Saturday, September 16, Johnnie posted a link to the story on his Instagram, and Joe liked it and left the comment, "Love you, Johnnie."  He made his donation back in June.
