Okanagan Elementary Schools The Benefit Of Uride’s Good Deeds Program

Cool Story - Okanagan Elementary Schools The Benefit Of Uride’s Good Deeds Program

The Okanagan-based ride-sharing business Uride is assisting with the preparation of elementary school pupils' backpacks as the start of the new school year draws near.

The Canadian corporation is giving away a ton of school supplies packed inside backpacks to people in the Okanagan area who need them as part of their powerful Good Deeds Program.

According to Cody Roberto, CEO of Uride, "Children are the future, and investing in their education and welfare is crucial." "By making sure they have the necessary resources, we are actively assisting in their pursuit of knowledge and development."

The bag contains several items, including books, calculators, and notebooks. The donation's purpose is to lessen some of the burdens on parents, teachers, and school administrators while enhancing the educational opportunities for pupils.

The program's beneficiaries include Mission Hill Elementary in Vernon, Watson Road Elementary in Kelowna, and Carmi Road Elementary in Penticton.

In 2023, Uride, which was formed in 2017, finally expanded into the Okanagan, where it currently has operations in Kelowna, Penticton, and Vernon.
